Our services
Le Roux Digital provides digital marketing services including SEO, AI search visibility, Google Ads, social media, WhatsApp and voice AI, lead generation, reputation management, web design, branding and AI automation. The specifics of any engagement are set out in your individual proposal or agreement.
Quotes & pricing
Prices shown on this website are indicative and exclude any third-party costs (such as advertising spend paid to Google or Meta, or WhatsApp conversation fees). We do not charge VAT. Your final scope and pricing are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Payment & terms
Monthly services typically run on a stated minimum term and then month-to-month; once-off projects are quoted as a project fee. Payment terms are confirmed in your agreement.
Online purchases & payments
You can buy selected services directly through our website scanner at scan.lerouxdigital.co.za. Quotes generated by the scanner are automated, priced in South African Rand and valid for 30 days. Very large sites (over 100 pages) or quotes above R25,000 are handled as custom projects — we will contact you to confirm scope and pricing before anything is charged.
Online payments are processed securely by iKhokha. We never see or store your card details. You can pay in full, or pay a 50% deposit with the balance due on completion, before final handover. We do not charge VAT.
Online purchases are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Delivery Policy, which set out your cooling-off rights, refund terms and delivery timelines.
Results
We work to deliver strong results and are transparent about our methods, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, AI responses or sales, as these depend on factors outside our control. We never use tactics that breach the rules of Google or other platforms.
Intellectual property
On full payment, deliverables we create specifically for you (such as your logo or website) belong to you. Our own tools, methods and templates remain our property.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Cancellation & refunds
Monthly services can be cancelled with notice after the minimum term, as set out in your agreement. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy: in short, full refund before work starts, a 7-day cooling-off period on online purchases, and pro-rata refunds after work begins. Only third-party costs already committed on your behalf (like ad spend) cannot be returned. Once-off projects are billed as agreed; deposits secure your slot and cover initial work. We will always deal with cancellations fairly and in line with your written agreement.
Your responsibilities
To get the best results, we rely on you to provide timely access, information, approvals and any required accounts (such as your Google, Meta or website logins), and to ensure the materials you give us are accurate and that you have the right to use them. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and will not share it except as needed to deliver your services or where the law requires. We expect the same respect for any of our methods, pricing or materials shared with you.
Third-party platforms
Some services rely on third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta or WhatsApp), which have their own terms and fees and are outside our control. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make, but we will always work to adapt and keep your campaigns running smoothly.
